You have a thought. The thought becomes a worry. The worry becomes multiple worries. Multiple worries grow into fear. The fear begins to distort and exaggerate. You begin to have physical symptoms. (headache, stiff neck, increased heart rate etc.) You are having snowball thoughts. Learn to identify them so that you can stop them in their tracks.
