If you are like me, you may be excited about things opening up again and you may have a million things you want to do! I want to write, read books, hike, visit friends, exercise, do projects around the house and yet I often find myself watching tv, scrolling my phone or sitting on my butt.
The truth is that we’ve been through a lot and the world is so topsy turvy right now. Be gentle with yourself and take the time you need to get back into the swing of things. There isn’t a singular right way to do things. This video talks about why.
