We all know that hitting the snooze alarm gets us a one way ticket to Grumpyville, so why do we do it to ourselves?
I challenge you to go to bed earlier and replace your snooze alarm with 10 minutes of meditation the second you wake up. You won't believe the difference it will make in your mood, clarity, energy level and mindset. Why not give it a try?
